Jennifer is an artist and designer who works primarily in drawing, oil painting, mixed media sculpture and installation. She is a graduate of the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design and currently makes her home and studio in gorgeous Salmon Arm! She is an expat of Vancouver's eclectic Mount Pleasant neighborhood and visits the big city, where she lived for over 2 decades, often, She previously worked as an artist in programs at the Burnaby Art Gallery, as an Exhibit Preparator at the Burnaby Village Museum and as Assistant Curator of the Pitt Meadows Museum and Archives.
Jen loves to teach and has been a passionate instructor for the Burnaby Art Gallery, Shadbolt Centre of the Arts, Roundhouse Community Arts Centre, Pitt Meadows Museum and as a private art teacher.
As a child, Jennifer was a sand castling prodigy, winning 1 Gold and 2 Silver medals at the Parksville International Sand Castle Competition.
She is available for commissions, design, special projects, live painting, teaching and exhibition opportunities. Or crazies. Fun and wholesome crazies.
